Keto Queso Soup

INGREDIENTS
– 1 lb. chicken breast
– 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
– 1 tablespoon avocado oil
– 1 can dice green chilies
– 6-ounces cream cheese
– ½ cup heavy cream
– salt
– 2 cups of chicken broth

DIRECTIONS
1. In an iron Dutch oven heat oil over medium heat stir
in taco seasoning and cook for 1-2 minutes
2. Add broth, chicken and simmer for 20 minutes,
remove chicken and shred
3. Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream into the soup,
once the cheese has melted, add the chicken back to
the soup, season with salt and serve
