– 2-ounces mixed greens
– 2 tablespoons pine nuts
– 1 tablespoon raspberry vinaigrette
– 1 tablespoon parmesan
– 1 slice of bacon
– salt and pepper

1. Cook bacon until crispy
2. Place greens in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients
3. Top with bacon and serve
