INGREDIENTS
– 6 eggs
– 2 celery stalks
– 2 green onion stalks
– 1 green pepper
– 1 tsp mustard
– 2/3 cup mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS
1. Hard boil eggs and remove to a bowl
2. Chop green pepper, onions, and celery
3. In a bowl mix all the ingredients and serve
