INGREDIENTS
– 2 ribs celery
– ½ tsp pink Himalayan
– 1 tsp fresh dill
– ½ cup pecans
– 1 lb. chicken breast
– ½ cup mayo
– 1 tsp mustard

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425 F and bake chicken breast for 15-
20 minutes
2. Remove chicken and cut into small pieces
3. In a bowl mix all ingredients and toss until chicken is
fully coated
4. When ready, add dill and serve
